minus-squareNudding@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up1·7 months agoWell I brought receipts and you brought assumptions. Looks a lot like bribery from here. Also who the fuck are you? only $150,000 a year for 30 years??
minus-squarenxdefiant@startrek.websitelinkfedilinkarrow-up6·edit-27 months agowhat receipts? You posted a number and no proof. I literally just did math on your comment. and 150K is one fifth of one percent (0.02%) of what the DNC raised the last quarter of 2023. If you’re trying to prove money==influence, you’ve successfully argued that no one is buying much of any influence with DNC for $150K a year. I’m not even arguing for or against your point, I’m just trying to point out that you’re providing evidence against the point you’re trying to make.

minus-squarenxdefiant@startrek.websitelinkfedilinkarrow-up2·7 months agoYeah, again, that’s a drop on the bucket over 30 years. It works as evidence against your point.
minus-squareNudding@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up1·7 months agoI absolutely couldn’t disagree more.
