Much more detail on the different modes of non-submission would be helpful: malicious compliance, outright refusal when it’s safe, dissimulation, foot-dragging, minor acts of interference, disinformation, leaking, flash crowds, graffiti, propaganda of the act, etc, etc. Though this is another topic, it would also be helpful to provide guidance on protecting yourself from pervasive, intrusive surveillance, since they’re going to try to use it against us this time, and our chances of seeing due process after that are close to nil.
