A Jan. 6 rioter charged with lobbing an explosive device at police was arrested shortly after having his case dismissed under Trump's mass pardon.

I dont understand. Didn’t Biden just pardon people for the future?

Then wouldn’t these Trump pardons also protect these people from the future?
