I quit cigarettes 5 years ago buy buying a refillable vape and juice all the same flavor I enjoy from the highest nic strength to zero and I tapered to 0mg over the course of two months then tossed it out, haven’t had any nicotine since. It really helped me, I tried quitting so many other ways and they all failed. Good luck!

This was how I quit. I just tapered until zero and then gave it up. I even made my own juice so I could control the nicotine levels whenever I wanted. Best decision I ever made for my health.

It’s crazy how much easier it made it for me, but you still really have to want to quit.

It’s hard and will be, however the longer your clean the longer the intervals between cravings.

I still get them every now and then, but they can be more than a week in between now.

If you really want to quit, I used Chantix and it took away the wanting a smoke really well, finally was able to stop completely. Still can’t breath for shit 4 years later :(

*side effects may include suicidal thoughts or actions, death, nausea, vomiting, swelling of the face and hands, black tarry stool, hallucinations, worsening mood, anxiety, and hostility

Talk to your doctor if you think Chantix is right for you!

I did have the lucid dreams, which as a person who never remembers dreams, was very unsettling. But no other side effects.
