Wouldn’t that leave J.D. as the president? Not a better outcome. Maybe even slightly worse.

This is assuming that each inmate who threatened to kill him did so only once.
“…in excess of $50k.” This language is defined by the Florida Wrongful Death statute and means at least $50,001 but can be much more.
When I served on a jury, the judge had us leave the courtroom multiple times. Once the trial was over, the judge told us what was being discussed when we left the room, and the reason the information had been excluded from testimony during the trial.
Had the DA tried to introduce this information while the jury was in the room it probably would have made it more difficult for us to come to the same verdict. I imagine that if the DA tried to do this often enough, it could lead to a mistrial and possible disciplinary action.
Max has always been in the library.
It doesn’t even suck that bad. Last time I had to unlock mine, I saw that the previous unlocking had been two years earlier. Each time I have to do it, I set an end date and it automatically relocks. Whole process takes maybe 10 minutes for the big 3 credit bureaus.
Two words: McCain/Palin
I couldn’t disagree more with that. That’s the kind of thinking that results in the perpetuation of all kinds of racist and bigoted laws that strip people of their personal freedoms.
There are still laws against sodomy in many states. Those laws are backwards and antiquated, but they are still laws. I would expect every DA in the country to throw out a sodomy case involving two or more consenting adults not only because it’s a stupid law but because spending tax-payer money on such a case does nothing to protect the public good.
I was wrong. It wasn’t the forgotten password link. It was one of those sites that sent a login link instead asking for a password when you put in your username. That changed once I set up 2FA.
*A statistically irrelevant number of people…
For a few months, I had been getting emails from booking.com saying that I had forgotten my password. Probably scammers with my Gmail username futilely attempting to use the forgotten password link to get at stored payment info. Once I set up 2FA on the account, the emails stopped.
Add a few letters to afraid_of_zombies and it’s an anagram of Andy Kaufman. Coincidence?..
The downvotes are because your “solution” is not based in the reality that the rest of us live in.
