These aren’t necessarily the computers you and I grew up on where they had a dedicated computer lab room for use during class time. These are devices they take everywhere with them, even home. Now imagine some creepy school IT administrator decided to peek on the Webcams of kids while they’re on their room?
A lot of Muslim democrats are refusing to vote for Harris because of this point. I don’t think they’re plannong on voting for Trump but I guess it’s a possibility.

The unwillingness to spend has some party operatives concerned state Democratic leaders are failing to effectively counter an opposition that has seized on the amendment’s expansive language pledging rights for LGBTQ+ people. The so-called equality amendment would ban discrimination against “gender identity” and “pregnancy outcomes,” adding to current constitutional protections for race and religion.
Maybe make the fight more about abortion then? Banning abortion is already wildly unpopular with most voters. The policy would just advertise itself.
I highly doubt war between Israel and Iran would happen but if it did it would be very unlikely the other countries would want to get pulled into it. Despite some countries helping Israel, it’s still a massively unpopular alliance in their own country. I think it was over 90% of Saudi’s believe they should break ties with Israel and this was back in 2023, I can’t imagine the numbers getting any better. They would only join in if they were forced to, such as Jordan being turned into a battlefield given it’s location. Admittedly some of these countries are monarchies so popular opinion isn’t as important as democracies but there is a limit to that rule.

Yes there are more differences and there’s likely different recipes based on where you live. But the main one, from my understanding, is what I said in my original comment.
It’s all about how they sweeten the drink. Regular coke uses corn syrup while diet coke uses aspartame. This allows the diet coke to have no calories.
The whole country was founded on the ideal that they have an entitlement to the land regardless of the native population. There’s no doubt that some Israelis are kind and compassionate towards the Palestinian population, but they were always the minority.
I mean that’s what Israel is saying. Hamas is saying that these were the hostages that were due to be released as per the negotiation for a ceasefire. It’s honestly 50/50 as per who killed them.
Friendly reminder that the majority of Israel is ok with the genocidal campaign going on. This protest is just to prioritize the rescue of the hostages before slaughtering innocent civilians and international aid workers.

Because the highlight of the conflict is more of the slaughter of innocent civilians than Israel fighting Hamas or any other militia.
I honestly don’t know if they do or don’t have. I’d imagine it also varies by region. I just know schools have started giving out laptops to kids to take home if they are needed.
