Why do people here care so much? If it is the hypocrisy that IRL streamers can get away with more sexual shit to bait horny lonely losers to donate and watch, that means that that is bad right? Why be mad about less sexuality oozing from vtubers then?

Damn, this might make some smaller very niche games unavailable here in germany. There are some games that already are (Fear & Hunger for example).
Article does mention that it’s just a little steam questionaire, but if germany doesn’t like it, it won’t be available anyway (would alternatively require an USK rating I think, which to my knowledge is much harder to get, and even then it might not be guaranteed).

also another big reason is cheating, drops are serverside so people can’t just cheat currency / equipment and flex with it online, people showing off is a big motivator for the poe community I feel
dunno how it is now but PoE was unplayable when played from an HDD for a long time, you couldnt load into oriath without crashing because the amount of MTX would crash spaghetticode arpg, and they didn’t allow to load into hideout even back then
