Good to know! I’ll have to go back to it. I was really enjoying it, but I just had some annoying bugs that turned me off.

I haven’t played it in a couple months, but I remember the quality and polish taking a serious nose dive as you got deeper into the game. Is that still the case?
This might be the funniest thing I’ve ever read. This shit has me in tears lmao
That’s always been my view. It takes a unique kind of shit person to A) squeeze that much money out of everyone below you and B) hoard the wealth rather than give it away even when you have so much more than you will ever need.
Nonono. You see, they’re not bullies, they’re innovators guys! Go fast and break things, am I right?
Heartbreaking. My silicone dildo gained sentience and now supports Trump 😔
Idk, my first reading on the title’s quote was as being a backhanded compliment directed at Biden, but that might just be because I always expect Trump to be a spiteful fuck
I think it’s just a joke tbh
Back to back to back garbage takes lmao. Spare us your sanctimonious ‘improving things is unworthy of praise because they didn’t immediately make it perfect’ line of reasoning. It serves only to cause inaction and infighting. I’d much rather some improvement rather than no improvement.
By the way, don’t act like the Ukrainians don’t have a right to defend themselves, and don’t act like this isn’t an existential conflict for them. If you’re so worried about condemning imperialism, then maybe you should take a look at what Russia’s revanchist land grab here would be called, and then consider if maybe we should support the little guy so that they don’t get bowled over by an imperialist power looking to take back the glory days.
Anyways, nice bait.
I take your point and agree, actually. Single issue voters are always a nuisance though, and these ones are nothing new.
Also worth noting that we similarly have blood on our hands for a lack of support for Ukraine. All that time that the US political system was bogged down and unable to send aid meant they had to pay the cost to hold the line in manpower instead, so I can understand the frustration.
I think it should be pretty clear, right? It’s different because America is helping them commit genocide. It’s not like this is all happening separately from us and people are calling for some kind of foreign intervention, they’re asking that we stop helping the people doing a genocide.
That’s not to say it’s my only priority this election, but it’s definitely up there, because I, like many Americans, feel like I’m complicit to some degree.
Make no mistake, though, Trump would be far worse. I still know the score here, but I can understand why it ranks highly on people’s priorities.
Also worth noting that Russia has not made any real significant territorial advances since the start of the war despite hundreds of thousands of casualties while massively burning down their inheritance of old soviet systems. It’s not just Ukraine who hasn’t been able to change that.
Conflicts like this aren’t just determined by military strength, as there is defender advantage, political will to fight, western aid, etc. to consider that could change the balance. I would agree that Russia has the edge right now, but that’s definitely something that can change.
Definitely agree, but for what it’s worth, I certainly didn’t stop being a dumbass teenager the moment I turned 18.
Frankly, you won’t get fair treatment unless you treat it like an employer-employee relationship; It reminds me of workplaces that say ‘we’re family’. I have personally found those kinds of workplaces to be some of the most exploitative, because they want you to feel like you owe them something when you honestly don’t.
In my opinion, companies intentionally use tactics like this to abstract away from that fact.
Warm water ports 😩
As they say: reality is always going to be on the side of the one who respects it more.
