I’ve been using Startpage for a few years. Uses Google and Bing as sources I think, but it’s been usable for my simple use cases.
I’d honestly be curious to see how that plays out. Every creator hosts their own content while strengthening and spreading the Peertube network.
I feel like that would quickly solidify it as a viable alternative.
Yeah, I have no experience with that side of the series except that it’s less arcade-y than Horizon.
This is a fair point, but these companies have enough money that they could set aside a small team that just tries new things. Whether the games succeed or fail shouldn’t matter. It should be a testing ground for finding new things to base a new IP around or just add to existing series or something.
The team should be allowed to take their time and just make something they’re passionate about and players should be able to get involved. Feedback should be taken seriously and used to improve what the team puts out.
I know this is an absolute pipe dream, but I wish companies would do this for the sake of keeping the business moving forward if not for the players.
Motorsport or Horizon? Horizon 4 was my first exposure to the series and I thought it was pretty good.
I loved the concept of Carbon. I just wish it had the driving physics of Most Wanted before it. Carbon just felt terrible to me.
Fair enough. Just thought to mention it since they mentioned Zen being more private.
If you’re a LibreWolf user, then Mull might be up your alley to replace Fennec.
Consider opening up that PS4 and cleaning out any dust. It doesn’t fix the noise completely, but it can make a big difference.
I can actually believe that. Especially in comparison to hunting for th Fn key for all of the layered keys.
I have some 60% keyboards. The layers make me slow and they’re not very comfortable. But everyone keeps saying they’re amazing, so I’m waiting for it to click.
I still want to get a split keyboard at some point and I’d love for it to be columnar stagger. I don’t do too much typing these days, but I’d love to make the typing I do just a bit more enjoyable.
I absolutely agree. I mostly meant if more people get involved it won’t be seen as only unwashed weirdos liking it.
Those tiny physical qwerty keyboards were perfect. I often wish we could get that back, purely for typing accuracy.
As someone who uses colemak only on my phone because I was curious, what kind of layouts and configurateon would you recommend as a new default?
I’m actually glad to see people being more accepting. Anime needs some more “normal” fans outside of Japan.
Sadly, there’s a reason people thought it was weird and bullied the Naruto-running nerds. Now, more and more people are liking it. That means it’s more socially acceptable and there should be less bullying. At least, that’s my hope.
Glad to hear it.
