It’s a good backup internet service to avoid BIFF. But it reads like they are piping in internet from a datacenter, so just using starlink as an ISP.

Also, it’s probably really easy to perform traffic inspection using starlink vs an established, regulated ISP.

Just set up a high-powered 6ghz radio and sublet your internet. FCC won’t have anyone to enforce laws.

The network can see who you’re communicating with and either kill that session or pressure either side to allow them access.

Additionally, as a method scales up in usage it becomes more likely a target.

You’d be surprised at how much an off-the-shelf firewall can see and categorize. A purpose built application that regulates/controls the physical network would have no issue with that type of traffic.

I also needed a small, cheap robot for a garage office and went with SwitchBot. It’s good enough that I’d recommend it for anyone with a carpetless apartment. It gets around chairs a lot better than my normal sized bot.
