        I don’t think it needs to when they can buy influence with cheap loans from their development bank for the Belt and Road Initiative, especially when they keep forgiving loans that can’t be paid back instead of forcing austerity down countries’ throats like the World Bank and IMF.

        Countries that are pro-China just have a material interest in their relationship with China. Why bother with an influence campaign?

          You seriously think the country that has its own citizens spy on each other for social points doesn’t spy on and try to influence other countries? Lol Come on.

                    Lol, that’s what you’re trying to pass off as “has its own citizens spy on each other for social points”? A rating scheme that applies to businesses and not individuals, and wasn’t widely applied anyway?

                    If you think that’s bad, wait until you hear about this thing they have in the West called “credit scores” lol.
